Good to know

  • The terms I read came from an authorized retailer's copy of Stanley's policy, so confirm details on Stanley's own page before relying on them.
  • Do not confuse Stanley drinkware with Stanley Tools; they are separate companies with separate warranties.

What voids the claim

  • Counterfeits
  • Accidents
  • Normal scratches and dents
  • Neglect
  • Modifications such as engraving
  • Non-stainless parts (lids, seals, straws)
