How to Use the Vortex VIP Warranty
Vortex's VIP warranty is one of the most generous out there. If a Vortex product is damaged or defective, Vortex repairs or replaces it at no charge, no matter how it happened, whose fault it was, or where you bought it.

Step-by-step: how to file
- Call or click Contact UsCall 1-800-4VORTEX, or use the Contact Us button on the VIP page to start the inspection and repair process.
- Describe what happenedBe honest. Vortex covers accidental damage, so there's no reason to hide how it broke.
- Ship it as instructedVortex will tell you how to send it in.
- Get it back repaired or replacedVortex services products at its own facility.
Good to know
- Cosmetic damage is covered only if it affects how the product works.
- Loss and theft aren't covered, so consider insuring expensive optics separately.
