How to Claim a Kohler Faucet Warranty
If a Kohler faucet leaks or drips in normal use, Kohler will mail you the cartridge to fix it, free, for as long as you own your home. The requirement people miss: Kohler wants the original sales receipt with every claim.

Step-by-step: how to file
- Gather the detailsKohler asks for a full description of the problem, the model number, color, finish, purchase date and the seller's name.
- Find the original receiptWithout it, Kohler's warranty text says the claim can't be processed.
- Contact KohlerCall 1-800-456-4537, or write to Kohler Co., Attn: Customer Care Center, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044.
- Be ready to send it inKohler may inspect the faucet in your home or ask you to mail it back at your own expense.
- Install the cartridgeFor a leak or drip, Kohler mails the cartridge. You or a plumber install it.
Good to know
- Drains, sink strainers and electronic soap dispensers have only a 1-year warranty.
- Specialty and exclusive finishes aren't covered, and some non-chrome finishes are covered only if made after January 1, 2019.
- Rental units get 10 years, and commercial installations get 5.
What voids the claim
- Improper installation, alteration, accidents, negligence, misuse or abuse
- Harsh cleaners such as abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach or acids
- Products from unauthorized sellers
